I’m Shantell Williams. Around 25 years in technology, most of it in financial services and insurance. Most recently CTO at Tiimely for nearly five years, and VP Engineering at EasyEquities for five before that.

I work close to the detail, and I’m clear about what it means. Engagements are shaped to the situation, not a fixed scope. They run as long as the situation needs. I see things through to the other side. That tends to be what people remember.
